If you selected just B2 in the Series Name (= Customer ID); how did you get all the Cust 01 labels on each bubble? Mine keeps defaulting the label to the gross margin % instead.
Right click a bubble and select Format Data Labels, then uncheck the Y value and instead check the Value from Cells and click Select Range...Select the Range with the Customer ID
